Description of Services This platform is a TCM therapy booking and management system providing: - Online appointment booking for TCM therapy services - Appointment management and reminder notifications - Service record access - Therapist profile browsing Services offered through this platform are wellness and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) therapy services. They do not constitute medical diagnosis, clinical treatment, or prescription advice. If you have specific medical needs, please consult a licensed medical professional. --- 3. User Eligibility To use this platform, you must: - Be at least 18 years of age, or use the platform with the consent and supervision of a legal guardian; - Provide true, accurate, and complete registration information; - Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in Singapore. --- 4. Account Registration and Security 4.1 You must register using a valid email address and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. 4.2 You must keep your login credentials confidential and must not transfer or share your account with any third party. 4.3 You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account. 4.4 You are responsible for any losses arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials. --- 5. Booking Policy 5.1 Booking Confirmation Once a booking is submitted, you will receive a system confirmation. The booking is confirmed upon system confirmation. 5.2 Cancellation and Rescheduling - More than 24 hours before appointment: free cancellation or rescheduling; - Within 24 hours of appointment: cancellation or rescheduling requires platform confirmation and may incur charges; - No-show: repeated no-shows may affect your future booking eligibility. 5.3 Late Arrival If you arrive late, the service duration may be shortened accordingly, and no refund will be issued for the reduced time. 5.4 Platform Cancellation Rights In the event of therapist absence, equipment failure, or force majeure, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments. We will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and arrange an alternative booking. --- 6. Fees and Refunds 6.1 Service fees are as published on the platform. Special packages are subject to separate arrangements. 6.2 Refund requests must be submitted within 7 business days of service completion, with valid reasons provided. 6.3 No refund will be issued in the following circumstances: - Service has been duly completed; - Late arrival or no-show due to personal reasons; - Cancellations that do not meet the cancellation policy. 6.4 Approved refunds will be returned via the original payment method within 10 business days. --- 7. User Conduct You agree to comply with the following when using this platform: - Provide accurate information and do not make fraudulent bookings; - Treat platform staff and other users with respect; - Do not upload or transmit any unlawful, harmful, harassing, or infringing content; - Do not attempt to breach, interfere with, or damage any platform systems; - Do not use automated tools to scrape or collect platform data; - Do not impersonate any other person. --- 8. Health and Safety Disclaimer 8.1 Services offered on this platform are traditional Chinese medicine wellness services and are not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis or treatment. 8.2 Prior to booking, please truthfully disclose any relevant health conditions, allergies, or contraindications. 8.3 If you experience any discomfort during a session, please immediately inform the therapist to stop. 8.4 We shall not be liable for any adverse effects arising from your failure to disclose relevant health information. --- 9. Intellectual Property All content on this platform, including but not limited to website design, text, images, brand identifiers, and software, is owned by or licensed to us, and is protected under Singapore intellectual property laws. No reproduction, modification, or commercial use is permitted without prior written consent. --- 10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability 10.1 The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no express or implied warranties as to continuity, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. 10.2 We shall not be liable for losses arising from: - Network failures, server interruptions, or other uncontrollable technical issues; - False or inaccurate information provided by users; - Force majeure events (natural disasters, government orders, pandemics, etc.); - Actions of third-party service providers. 10.3 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. 10.4 Our maximum aggregate liability for any single claim shall not exceed the total service fees actually paid by you on this platform in the preceding 12 months. --- 11.
